79055 Finish Affiliate Program

Hello, I had a programmer who agreed to do my project. I agreed to pay more to have it finished in 2 days and he wasn't even close to finished by the second day. He was very un-tactful and lied to cover his mistakes. Anyways, he was supposed to do a complete clone of the TemplateMonster Affiliate Program. Please bid. Thanks. Need this ASAP!!! He got much of it done and left a To-Do list inside it. It just needs to be finished, tested, and implemented in my template script. Very simple template script to implement into and not much work left.
