I want a program that sits on a desktop and each day, at a time specified by the buyer of the service, a 5 minute video pops up on their desktop with my daily lesson for them.

They do not need to go into their email. they do not need to go online.

And if it is possible, I would like to control the interval so I can make it daily or I can make it weekly lessons.

These are actual videos not power points or camtasia.
