Design/Develop web a M4M Massage Website

Please note, I am looking for a really good designer with a strong attention to details who can produce a design that just as good or better than the one I am trying to have develop/clone. Basically, I want the same functionality, but with different look.\r\n\r\nThis will be the third time I tried this project to no avail. The previous sites did not even come close in terms of design and functioality. So, I am giving this another chance. You must have a similar word done or REAL portfolio to bid on this project.
