PHP expert required!

Hello everyone,

A big welcome and thanks in advance for being interested in my bid. Last time I had a bad experience with posting a project. A French person put a false accusation on me because I rejected his horrible bid and got my a/c suspended by saying I posted personal details. So this time I am posting a featured project so no such trouble is there but still contact me only through GAF and not directly.

I am looking for a long term PHP programmer who is excellent with PHP and AJAX and can handle custom made CMS systems or work with 3rd party CMS like joomla or drupal and modify them and also needs to be able to work with ECOMMERCE packages like cubecart etc .

For testing I am handing this one project to whoever gets selected and if this project goes well atleast 3-4 such projects will have to be handled every month alone. Your job will only be the server side and not the design but you may have to convert the design to XHTML web2.O compatible pages with proper CSS.

For this one project you will have to do everything but another PHP programmer of mine will help him out if required.

What I require I am specifying and PLEASE DO NOT BID if ur bid doesnt match, dont waste my time . I am still quite agitated by the last mishap.

1) READ THE ATTACHED PDF FOR THE WORK

2) ANY BIDS OVER $500 WILL BE OVERLOOKED AND REJECTED

3) TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE, THIS PROJECTS NEED BY FINISHED IN ONE WEEK UPON FROM STARTING

4) PAYMENT ONLY AFTER COMPLETION AND THROUGH GAF OR PAYPAL WHATEVER IS CONVINIENT TO BOTH PARTIES

5) DO NOT BID IF U DONT THINK YOU CAN HANDLE THE PROJECT , IF PROJECT CANNOT BE FINISHED IN 7 DAYS ILL HAVE TO SCRAP IT AND NO PAYMENT WILL BE GIVEN AS I WONT RECEIVE ANY PAYMENT EITHER.

6) I AM LOOKING FOR A SINGLE YOUNG PERSON NOT A COMPANY. THE PERSON NEEDS TO BE HARD WORKING AND DEDICATED. NEEDS TO COME ONLINE ON MSN/GTALK/ICQ/SKYPE WHATEVER IS CONVINIENT AND SHOW REGULAR UPDATES ON HIS/HER SERVER.

So anyone who is interested and also matches my requirments please bid. This is a long term project so plz bid accordingly.
