OK, you can click on the left hand menu and you will see it expand (using an animated accordian effect) to reveal sub categories.
Click on 'PARK ASSIST SOLUTIONS'
you will see 4 sub menus fly out using the accordion effect. These sub menus link to pages. Click on one of the sub menu's.
That product's page will open to your right, but the whole page will also refresh, however, the left hand menu gets reset and closes up. What we really want is for the menu system to have active links enabled so that when you click on one of the sub links, it does in fact open that page, but the accordion menu remains open to it's previous state. Is this possible?
If this is not possible, then we would like to make the menu remain fully open at all times. (I have searched through the settings and I cannot get it to make the menu expand by default. )
Click on this link. It is the main gallery link.

you will see many error messages on the page. 'Error creating thumbnail!'
OK, the permissions are correct, all set to 777. However if I FTP into the site and upload any images direct into the correct folders.
and you hit the above link. You will get an even worse error message. The whole page goes white with a very detailed error message. However, If I delete the file that I just uploaded via FTP, and then use JOOMLA's 'MEDIA MANAGER' to upload the image into the correct folder, you can then click on the above link and it will actually ADD that new image to the gallery, HOWEVER, it won't create the thumbnail. It will simply add another 'ERROR CREATING THUMBNAIL' to the grid layout.
BUT BUT BUT
I have discovered that if you upload a PNG image using media manager, it will create the thumbnail correctly, with NO error message at all. It seems that the system is having troubles with JPG images. You can see a couple of images listed as thumbnails in the above link example. They were PNG files.
So we want to get this to work with JPG's.
So is it possible to find out when you might be able to look into these problems? I would LOOOOVE to get this delivered ASAP.
