We are looking for a virtual assistant based in Metro Manila, Philippines.
We need someone with an excellent command of English to upload data onto websites and apps. You must have your own laptop, preferably with Adobe PDF and InDesign or Illustrator.
The work could take 20-40 hours a week. This project will take one month, with a possibility for more work at an extended period of time, depending on your performance.
We're looking for someone who could work with minimal supervision and able to work flexible hours.
• Must be adept with the Microsoft Office Suite especially Forms, Excel and Outlook
• Fluent in English
• Must have some basic photo editing skills (cropping, resizing)
• Knows how to convert PDF to JPEG files
• Must be adept in research and data entry
• Has experience with email management in Outlook
• Attention to detail
• Prompt and on time (as the entries need to be placed on the app as soon as they come in)
Duties and responsibilities:
- Regularly communicate and check in with clients
- Constantly check email for updates to the app
- Update app via app editor
- Check the app's Microsoft Forms for new entries
- Input information from Microsoft Forms into the app editor
- Resize photos and upload images for the app
- Email management and Google spreadsheet update for some ads
- Handle social media posting for a magazine
- Research information for certain topics
We are willing to pay $3/hour. We expect at least 20-40 hours per week of work.
Training may be in Pasig or online, by a Metro Manila-based colleague.
