The model sits at 50 to 60 per cent and you need three realistic renders plus three Photoshop collages for each of the rest area, the chill breezeway and the outdoor classroom. Your brief does not say which software the model comes in, and it does not say whether the renders should read as daytime school hours or as a softer evening light for the presentation. Those two decide the lighting setup and how much I have to rebuild, so I settle them with you first. I finish the geometry that is missing in each zone, light and render the three views per area, and build the collages on top so the vegetation, the people and the materials match the renders instead of fighting them.
