I have quite a lot of portraits for retouching and background change.
Since i want to be sure, that your work is good, this is only a small pre-project with only two photos.
If i will be happy with your work, there will be a second project with arround 80 photos.
Since i want to be able to make a quit decision please only bit, if you can do this project fast.
Background change:
- Replace the background of the portraits with the [login to view URL] image i will provide you.
- Make sure, the work is done nicely, especially in the hair area.
- Do the work on two layers, one layer should be the background and the other is the person
Retouching the photo:
- Adjust the normal things like brightness, contrast, color.
- Improve the skin and stuff like the hair etc. (please do it european style...no bollywood !)
- Do the retouching on a 3rd layer, so in the end, there will be 3 layers

Since i want to be sure you have read my description carefully to the end, please start your offer with the answer to this question: How many layers will the final file (psd) have and what is on each layer.
Please also write, how long you will have to complete this small (2 photos) and the big (80 photos) job and how much you will charge for 80 photos.

There will be 3 layers in final psd file 1 formthe background,1 for person and 1 for retouching
