Wordpress Developer/ Theme installer/ Photo shop editing

I am looking for someone experienced with wordpress that is able to install purchased themes that I have and make it look professional with the pictures and content that I provide.
I want someone with experience using "catalyst Theme with dynamik child".
Someone that is also about to design themes would be a great asset as well. I may want custom themes designed after we get the first few done. Please include "hello Joe" at the beginning of your message so I know that you have read this description. Make sure you start your message with "Hello Joe", if not I will not read your offer.
I would like someone that is very quick and experienced with wordpress. I also need someone that speaks ENGLISH very well and can communicate on skype with me.
If you know how to use Catalyst theme with the Dynamik Child (with a skin), these sites should not take more than 3-4 hours... I know people that do very nice sites with this in 2-3 hours. I will need quick turnaround with these orders and it would be great if we could skype while making some changes to shorten the time for changes and finished product.
It is also important that you are experienced with Photoshop so that you can change photos and logos and the design easily.
I am looking to test someone with an example site ASAP and hopefully we can start doing a lot of sites together. Please give me your best offer because this could turn into a lot more work for you, thanks.
