Required software skills:
for creation of the 3D models (static meshes) = 3ds Max, Maya or Blender
to paint the textures = Photoshop
to place the assets in the 3D Environment = UDK (Unreal Development Kit)
Level Design + Level Art = creation (modeling + texturing) of all architectural elements (wall-, ceiling-, roof- and floor-elements, as well as stairs, elevators, railings, pillars, moldings, lights, doors and signs (in English and Arabic)).
Additional budget for furniture/props: 1000 USD
It's up to you, if you want to do this stuff as well or if you "outsource" this to one of our artists! However, by choosing to outsource this task, you have to make an asset list including pictures/descriptions.
