Real Estate Media Creator for Ongoing Monthly Content

Houston Real Estate Photographer / Videographer + Video Editor We’re looking for a Houston-area photographer and videographer to help us create ongoing short-form visual content for real estate social media campaigns. This would involve one scheduled shoot day per month, along with post-production and editing of the photography and video captured during each session. The type of content we’re looking to produce may include: - Professional interior and exterior property photography - Detailed architectural, design, and feature photography - Drone photography and video (a plus but not required) - Walkthrough and property highlight videos - Short-form vertical video for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and similar platforms - Interview-style video content with builders, designers, homeowners, or other participants - B-roll and supporting footage that can be repurposed across multiple social posts - Photo editing, color correction, and video editing - Creation of polished short-form video clips from each shoot We’re looking for someone who can help not only capture high-quality footage but also think creatively about how the content can be used for ongoing social media marketing. Ideal candidate: - Based in or able to regularly work in the Houston, Texas area - Experienced with professional photography and videography - Comfortable shooting both properties and people - Experienced with drone photography/video and properly licensed where required (preferred but not mandatory) - Strong video editing skills, particularly short-form social content - Reliable and available for approximately one shoot day per month - Real estate, architecture, home building, interior design, or luxury property experience is a plus When applying, please include examples of your photography, drone work (if applicable), interview-style video, and short-form social media editing.
