We’re looking to build with a photographer / videographer / graphic designer who can grow with an emerging artist and play a real role in shaping the visual identity — not just shoot content. This creative will work closely with Baby Kia’s brand development, helping define and maintain a consistent look across music releases, social media rollouts, live shows, lifestyle content, and partnerships. The goal is to create visuals that match the energy of the music, strengthen audience recognition, and support long-term positioning in the market. Scope includes: High-quality photo & video content for single/album rollouts Short-form content optimized for IG, TikTok, YouTube Cohesive cover art, thumbnails, performance visuals, and promo assets Creative direction for shoots that reflect BK’s culture, sound, and Atlanta roots Real-time content capture (studio, rehearsals, shows, day-to-day moments) Assistance with campaign planning and social media aesthetics We’re looking for someone who: Understands artist development, not just one-off shoots Can move fast in content environments Brings creative ideas, not just execution Is tapped into current visual trends in hip-hop & youth culture Wants to be part of building a brand from this stage into scale This is an opportunity to become part of the core creative team behind Baby Kia’s visual world, helping translate the music into a recognizable and marketable brand.
