I need a photographer who understands clinical practice

Job Description:
We are start-up Physiotherapy clinic and are looking for a photographer who will be able to work on their own initiative and be creative in their approach when creating compositions for photographing. We will need a variety of images taken in various scenarios, such as Patient and Clinician interaction during treatment, close-up images of treatment being carried out, images of a selection of tools we use to carry out our treatments, and also some shots of the Clinic environment.
Knowledge of Clinical settings would be an advantage, however skill and creativity are more important.
Also as we are a start-up we have a budget, and so we are also happy to hear from photography students/graduates who are looking to build their portfolio.
