Hsinchu Property Photo Survey

Two separate addresses in Zhubei City need to be photographed so I can assess the current condition of each property remotely. I require both exterior and interior coverage, capturing wide-angle overviews as well as close-ups of fixtures, finishes, and any visible wear. The end use is purely for property inspection, so clarity and accuracy are more important than artistic flair. Because timing is important, a freelancer already based in or near Hsinchu will find this assignment much easier. You may visit at any daylight hour that still guarantees good natural lighting, but please respect any building rules regarding visitor hours and obtain the necessary access permission in advance—I can provide proof of authorisation if the security staff asks. Delivery expectations • At least three angles of every façade, full-room shots of each interior space. • A brief written note summarising any access issues or significant observations. Once I confirm receipt and clarity of the images, the project is complete. If you are nearby and can schedule the visits within the next few days, please let me know your earliest availability.
