The work centres on one-to-one interview segments right in the exhibition hall; a field journalist will stay with you throughout the day and point out what to follow so you can focus purely on capturing strong visuals and clean sound. Your kit must include: • High-definition video camera capable of broadcast-ready footage • Professional audio recording (shotgun or wired lav options) • Portable lighting for quick set-ups in dim corners • A camera suitable for crisp editorial photos Fluency in Russian or Turkish is preferred since many of the interviewees fall into those language groups. I will need the raw video, audio files and high-resolution JPEGs delivered by the next morning via download link or portable drive.
