This is a 3-day event at Planet Hollywood Casino. May 15th through the 17th. We will need someone to be flexible on start and finish times. The owner of the company likes to have Starbucks and would like to have the help if needed this person to bring it up on their way to the Casino and if needed help get lunch for all staff. You will be included in daily lunches or any food that is offered during the event. We will want best pictures during the event to be able to make social media posts to our accounts. We would like to have help to make the posts hourly and daily. Our event each day start @ 9am (would want you to be there an hour before the meetings start to take networking pictures) and meetings stop between 5pm and 6pm. Saturday, we have a Happy Hour Mixer (is at Planet Hollywood) right after the meetings we would want pictures and if able small interviews of attendees. On Sunday after the meetings, we have a DIC Night Out with just our member attendees that we would want pictures taken. This event isn't determined on if it is going to go at Planet Hollywood or at another location. We want to be around $1,000 to $1,250 total for the three days.

✔Hello, how are you? I would be delighted to assist your team at Planet Hollywood from May 15th–17th. I am available to be on-site an hour before the 9am start each day and stay through the evening events, including the Happy Hour Mixer and the DIC Night Out. My role will include capturing high-quality networking candids, group shots, and attendee interviews, then editing and posting the best images hourly and daily to your social media accounts to keep your audience engaged throughout the event. I understand the need for flexibility and can work with your owner’s schedule and any last‑minute location changes for the Sunday evening event. My total fixed price for the full three days, including all photography, social media management, and the requested personal assistance, would be $1,250. This covers my time on site each day, same‑day photo editing and posting, and my flexibility with start/finish times. Thank you,
