Drive-By photos of Real Estate 2

MI Value Pros conducts real estate valuation and audit reports in Northern Michigan. Some of our products utilize 3rd party inspectors to conduct the onsite observations and take photographs of the properties, which efficiently frees up the certified appraiser or licensees to work remotely and to focus on the more critical analysis and reporting tasks.

Currently, I need 8 photos total of a property in Cheboygan, MI taken from the street. No contact with occupants, only photos of what is visible from the street. 3 photos of the front/sides of home and any outbuildings/garages or whatever is visible from the street, even if just looking up a long driveway only. 3 photos looking across and up and down the street in both directions to show the neighborhood/surroundings. 2 photos of the address and street sign for verification purposes.

Finally, and only if present - photos of any readily visible adversities that are in view or close proximity that might be a negative influence on the subject property. For example, landfills, gas stations, railroad tracks, dilapidated buildings, power substations, oil/gas drilling etc...

In addition to the photos, I would like to have just a couple of brief comments regarding the condition of whatever is visible from the street. For example, if it looks like the home is well groomed and maintained, if it just looks average to every other home in the area, or if the yard is strewn with debris and home appears that it might be in poor repair.

I am looking to receive this back within 3-4 days. This could become an ongoing part-time opportunity as I will frequently have similar needs on various addresses in the area.
