Corporate Event Photo & Video Coverage

I need complete photo-video coverage for an upcoming corporate gathering held over two short sessions: 28 March from 1 pm–3 pm and 30 March from 6 pm–8 pm. The brief is straightforward. Throughout both slots I’d like traditional shots that feel polished and professional—think posed team groupings, speaker moments, branded step-and-repeat, award hand-offs, and key guest mingling. Alongside the stills, please roll continuous video of presentations plus plenty of establishing B-roll so I can cut together a concise recap later. After the events, deliver a curated, lightly retouched photo set in high-resolution JPEG along with the corresponding RAW files, and a clean 1080p master video (separate clips or a single file—whichever suits your workflow). If you can top-and-tail the footage with simple intro/outro slates, even better. You’ll need to bring all necessary camera bodies, lenses, audio capture for the video track, on-camera lighting where appropriate, and backup media. I’ll secure location access and a point of contact for you on each day.
