One Event Photographer/Videographer for Corporate Event

Hi,\r\n\r\nIm a London-based photographer/videographer and Im available for both 9 and 10 September at the InterContinental London The O2.\r\n\r\nThis brief is a very close match for my event setup. I shoot on a Sony ZV-E1 with Sony FE 2070mm F4 G, DJI RS2 gimbal, Sony Wireless PRO microphones, DJI Pocket 3, portable lighting and external flash.\r\n\r\nIm comfortable following a founder naturally through arrival, registration, networking, interviews, sessions and audience moments, while recognising the important moments rather than filming continuously. I'm London-based, so getting to The O2 on both days will be manageable. I shoot with a Sony mirrorless setup, 24-70mm with wide-angle coverage, and carry a 4K video kit with a gimbal for smooth B-roll. Wireless mics for the short interviews, a portable light for anywhere the venue lighting falls short, and enough batteries and cards to run both days without a break in coverage. How I'd approach this: 1- Confirm the founder's schedule and any pre-agreed key sessions before day one. 2- Cover Day 1 lightly—arrival, registration, networking, natural candid moments 3- Follow the founder discreetly rather than staging shots, keeping it real for social use 4- Capture short interviews with wireless audio wherever they're arranged 5- Focus Day 2 on the key sessions and individuals flagged in advance 6- Mix stills and B-roll throughout so you have material suited to LinkedIn, Instagram, and reels 7- Watch for genuine atmosphere shots — audience reactions, networking energy, unscripted moments 8- Transfer all RAW photo, video, and audio files to you at the end of each day Happy to send over examples of similar event work and confirm equipment details whenever you're ready.
