Construction Marketing Photo Shoot

I need a skilled photographer to capture my construction project now that the build phase is complete. The images will be used strictly for marketing—website hero banners, printed brochures, social media campaigns, and pitch decks—so visual polish is critical. The brief • Focus on the finished structures, showing clean lines, architectural detail, and overall scale. • Convey a sense of quality and professionalism that will appeal to property investors and future clients. • Work with natural light where possible; creative twilight or golden-hour angles are welcome if they add impact. • Supply a balanced mix of wide establishing shots and tighter detail images that highlight materials and craftsmanship. Deliverables 1. 25–30 fully edited, high-resolution JPEGs (min. 4000 px on the long edge) plus matching uncompressed RAW files. 2. Basic colour-grading, perspective correction, and blemish removal. 3. A short contact sheet preview PDF for easy stakeholder review. 4. Full commercial usage rights transferred on final payment. Timeline & logistics Shoot can take place any day next week; I can arrange site access and an on-site escort. Please confirm expected on-site time and any equipment you plan to bring (DSLR/mirrorless body, tilt-shift lenses, lighting, tripod, etc.). If you happen to offer aerial work as well, let me know and we can discuss it as an optional add-on. Acceptance criteria • Every deliverable received by the agreed deadline. • No visible safety hazards or clutter in the final images. • All photos sharp, well-exposed, and suitable for print at A3 size.
