A high-resolution smartphone is perfectly acceptable—as long as the shots are sharp, well-lit, and follow the brief. Here’s the flow: • Arrive during daylight and walk the perimeter, shooting roughly 50 photos that cover every façade, angles from each corner, signage, parking, and any notable details. • Keep all files unedited (JPEG or HEIC is fine). • Drop the entire set in a dated folder and send me a Dropbox link the same day.
