If they decline, record the exact reason. * Review all the fields in filled form and match the data with the certificate provided, and clarify any ambiguity if appeared with the verifier/representative. Acceptance criteria – All photos must carry embedded GPS metadata that matches the address above. – Forms and questionnaire must be fully legible and signed/stamped where applicable. – A brief note explaining any missing documents or access restrictions is required.
