208415 Systematize Existing Algorithm

We have an existing algorithm in Perl that draws from our databases and processes information. 20-30 or so inputs 30 or so independent calculations 10 or so independent pre-defined coefficients ------ Our goal is to take our algorithm for this one dataset and make it easily transformed to work on a slightly different dataset. The end result is a front end application that changes the algorithm and saves the new version. Requirements: a) Map Fields b) Alter variables c) Alter calculations [we would use the functions in existence to create a drop down list of types of calculations] d) Alter coefficients e) Allows us to save new algorithm without altering old one f) Allows us to Name and datestampe new algorithm g) Allows us to choose from different of our own internal datsources to run it against i) Print output.
