110593 moveable type site move

we have a moveable type site that is being moved to a new host and to a newever version of moveable type, this project is to:

1) install the newest version of moveable type on the new host

2) move the site to the new host and get it working

3) a few other small tasks that I will tell you later (nothing too big here, mostly just making sure it all works)
