I just need a quick perl script (or whatever script) to periodically check 1-3 web sites for changes and then send an email if they have. It should check every minute or so. It should be possible to minimize it to the tray, work in the background, and run on Vista or Win7. These sites use a form for authentication, so it will also need to be able to submit login information first.
It isn't required, but it would be nice if in the email it could show the changes that were made to the web site.
I would require the compiled script and source code.
Please let me know what this would cost. I can't imagine that for a serious automation coder this would take much effort. Thanks!

I´m a professional perl programmer. Don´t be turned away by my low bid, I´m doing this almost freely because I want to make myself a name at this site (I have done several projects through the net, though not here)
