Control Panel Layout - HTML / CSS / Javascript / Perl

We are looking for Integration of an IGoogle based interface to provide the foundation for a Control Panel that is being built to support a new business. This must be integrated with existing code that uses custom Perl DB, Template and Auth Modules that integrate with a MySQL database for authentication. The DB, Templating and Auth modules provide a standardized interface to simplify developement and reusability of the code.
