Swap Script / Database

THE VISION:
To have a swap script which can do the following:
Allow members to swap items by having the main page with the various thumbnails of swaps available.
The user would click on the desired item and this would display the larger image of the swap and would also display the members name and a button to 'propose swap'
People would list their swaps by way of registering their details (name address tel no) and choosing a username and passsword, with this done a page to upload their image and swap information would be needed so the end result would be a swap page created by the person which will automatically be inserted into the main swaps page.
An email would be generated for proposed swaps (when a user clicks on the propose swap' button) and sent to the member to complete the swap via email.
Once the member agrees to a swap the member should be able to login and remove the swap via a 'item swapped' button. The item should then be removed from the page.
The above should have an admin access function for us to access if required and a disable account button for admin.
