An established website needs to be moved to a new server. The site has several installed web applications including a hyperseek links database application and a miva shopping cart. I already have located a webhost and rented a vps slot but would also be interested in your recommendations or opinions as i only paid for one month. I am having problems with my current host and need to move with as little downtime as possible. No improvement in the site is required but if you have suggestions, I would be open to them. If this move goes well, I would like to find someone who I can have do several small projects as they come up.
