The first one will work with the VP of Call Center in pulling data from ViciDial and pulling it together in Excel that would provide detail and summary KPI's of the call centers operations. This can be done on a per project or hourly and can possibly be a 3 to 6 month project (or longer) depending on the success of the relationship. We have the requirements.
