classified script

I need the following changes to be done to the script

In [url removed, login to view] (Place an Ad ) I want to delete option Ad Type and delete option web url.

Add new fields for Item, a field for Telephone no. and a field for Price.

The order I want them in is;

3. Price.

4. Upload a picture.

Amend the scripts where necessary to compensate for above changes.
