I am suddenly experiencing difficulty with the Agoura shopping cart on [url removed, login to view] It has worked without problem for over 2 years, until this past weekend. The failure we are currently experiencing seems most unusual (at least to me).
When I go (using Internet Explorer) to "Check Out" from any merchandise category -- We get an error-- Page Cannot be Displayed
If the browser used is Mozilla, no such error appears and the transaction can be completed. Also, if while experiencing the error in Internet Explorer one removes the "S" from HTTPS, the proper page is displayed, however no longer secure.
Tech support at my web host ([url removed, login to view]) says it is not caused by any server updates on their end. and that the problem is likely caused by recent security changes to Internet Explorer with regard to shared SSL.
I am hoping there is perhaps an update to the Agoura Cart software that might help. Or that you can suggest the best means to get us back to proper function of our store.
Please give me an estimate of cost and probable schedule to remedy this problem.
