Ebook Membership Website +More

I need an entire ebook business membership website made. I have saved up for some time and am willing to pay good money. Please give me some samples of what you have done and tell me what you can do. Here is what this is about. I have an ebay store on ebay that sells a lifetime membership to a little place on my host where I let them download all my ebooks and I give them updates and train them with pictured tutorials. I sell the membership for $30 and have about 300 members and I sell about three a day on ebay so this will be huge. The current place where I train them is just a few frontpage templates I put together and is nothing. I want something that I can use for search engines too so I can sell directly from the website. So here is what I need, I want a website thats looks awesome and has the theme of ebooks and digital delivery and membership, something like that. I dont want flash because I heard they slow down search engines. I am only selling a lifetime membership from here. There will have to be a few pages made such as how it works and what they get if they buy it. Here are the things that need to be on the frontpage, I need an membership script installed so people can become members by buying, I want an affiliate script so anyone from my frontpage can create a affiliate account and I pay them when they refer sales to my website, I want a mailing list or newsletter script for anyone who buys the membership so I can tell them when updates are available. Maybe all those can be made into one or something. In the members area where I train them I want a banner rotation thing running at top, also a forum, and a chat place for the members who payed to talk to each other. I have no hosting plans that support this, so I will go with anything you tell me. I am willing to pay up to $30 a month for hosting. As you can see I will need alot of space and bandwidth. For example, I have a download that is 439mb. This the pretty much the only file they download and is only downloaded once because that is all they need. I also need the entire system very easy to use and updatable. For example, I post updates and sales tips and new tutorials all the time. So I need a system that even I can do it easily with and change anything I want all the time. I would also like the stats of the website displayed on the front page such as how many members we have and visits and things like that. There is no time limit on what you have.
