559422 Xpanel 1.17 Installation

I need a xpanel version 1.1.7 which is written in perl installed on my dedicated server. The script is a Free Web Hosting Control Panel called Xpanel. It requires the use of PureFTPD along with the Pure Upload Script feature to control file types and sizes users may upload. It uses two Ip address along with bind to allow users to host their own domain name if they have one, if not they use a sub-domain. I already have the dns records set for the domain. I have also created the two nameservers and email records. This project is for the complete install of the script. Along with a short period of time where I check that all features of the script are working correctly before the project will be completed.
