I have an Auctions site on (Perl/CGI) the script create a Thumbnail when you add a new item, the problem is if you select to Upload a picture will work (creates the thumbnail) but if you select to enter the URL if the picture is host somewhere else DON'T creates the Thumbnail ANY MORE was working fine like a week ago but now only create the Thumbnail if you Upload a picture NOT if you enter the URL
