My Questions. - What’s your scooter make/model/year, and your riding weight plus usual cargo? This sets the correct spring rates and damping. - What trunk/top case are you using, how is it mounted now (rack/plate/bolts), and its inside size for a snug Bible fit? My Suggestions. - Install quality adjustable rear shocks and refresh the front fork (oil, seals, correct-rate springs), then set sag properly for you. - Isolate the trunk with rubber vibration mounts and add a custom foam cradle with a soft strap so the Bible stays fixed without pressure marks.
