I need a compact printed-circuit board (maximum footprint 100 mm × 100 mm) that brings together an Arduino Nano, a TCA9548A I²C multiplexer, one MPU6050 IMU and four TOF200C laser distance sensors. The TCA9548A will handle all I²C traffic between the Nano and the sensors. The board must also drive four MG996R servos. My idea is to pair every TOF200C with one MG996R and lead each pair through a single RJ45 cable, so the PCB needs four RJ45 jacks that break out: • I²C SDA/SCL for the sensor • 5 V/GND for both devices • One PWM line for the servo I will feed the system from an external supply, so please add a screw-terminal or DC barrel input with appropriate decoupling and distribution for both logic-level 5 V and the higher-current servo rail. USB access to the Nano should remain available for firmware upload. Deliverables • Schematic (Altium, KiCad or Eagle—whatever you prefer) • PCB layout staying within the 100 mm square limit • Gerber/NC drill files, pick-and-place, and BOM ready for fabrication • Clear silk-screen labels for all connectors and headers • Simple assembly drawing so the factory can’t mix up the RJ45 pinout Acceptance criteria • I²C lines routed through the TCA9548A to all four RJ45 ports with proper pull-ups • Separate power planes or ample trace width for the servo current • Board boots and enumerates all sensors without address conflicts when I flash a basic test sketch If anything in the attached diagram needs clarification, let me know before you start.
