PayPal style clone

I am working on a client project in which I am going to need a PayPal style site. The end user will be able to create an account and then deposit funds into that via a number of methods. I will not be able to disclose complete project guidelines until a Confidentiality Agreement has been signed.

ALARIA will be handling the design of the site, so all I need is someone to handle the back bone script and programming to control the account area and deposit, withdrawal and transfer capabilities.
