High end production pattern development

We are currently developing a collection centered on complex silhouettes and high-end garment construction. I am looking for a highly experienced Senior Pattern Maker with a strong technical understanding of garment structure and the ability to translate creative concepts into precise, accurate patterns. My preference is traditional, manual pattern drafting on paper, as it provides the tactile control I’m looking for. However, I am open to reviewing digital files if you prefer to cross-check your work using CLO3D, Optitex, or similar software. You will begin from reference images that I will provide. For each look, I will share detailed front, back, and interior views, along with fabric notes and the intended fit profile. From there, I will need carefully balanced patterns that capture the contours, internal structure, and support required for high-end garments. Many of the designs involve sculptural shapes, corsetry elements, or structured silhouettes. Because of this, it is important that the pattern work anticipates construction challenges, internal supports, and balance points before the first toile is cut. Pattern Development Expectations: For every silhouette developed, the final output must include a complete pattern set that can move directly into sampling and production. Precision in grain placement, seam walking, balance, and internal structure is critical. Each style should include: -Master pattern drafted from the approved design reference -Production-ready pattern pieces with correct notches, grain lines, seam allowances, and labeling -Clear construction logic that reflects how the garment will actually be assembled Deliverables: -Full-scale, production-ready patterns for each silhouette -A concise specification sheet per design outlining measurements, notches, and recommended construction order -One round of revisions after the first toile to refine fit and proportion -Grading for five sizes per silhouette once the base pattern is approved -Clean, well-organized pattern files suitable for sampling and future production
