I’m launching a line of single-serve dietary-supplement sachets and I need a reliable partner who can supply, blend and pack certified-organic dehydrated powders. The project covers three powder families—fruit, vegetable and herbal—and every ingredient must be 100 % organic, non-GMO and free from carriers or fillers. What I’m looking for • A catalogue of available powders (e.g. açai, beet, spinach, moringa, ginger, turmeric, etc.) showing drying method (freeze-dried, spray-dried or drum-dried), mesh size, colour profile and nutritional specs. • Documentation: current Organic certificates (USDA or EU), COA, heavy-metal and microbiological reports, plus confirmation that your facility follows GMP / HACCP. • Proposal for individual sachets—3 g to 10 g, high-barrier or compostable film, printed in English with batch and expiry. Please include MOQ, lead time and cost per thousand units. • At least three physical prototypes so I can run stability and flavour tests before we move to full production. Acceptance criteria 1. All certificates and test reports match the lot used in the prototypes. 2. Sachets pass a 30-day accelerated stability check (no caking, off-odours or colour loss). 3. Final quote and timeline approved after prototype sign-off. If you already manufacture private-label supplement sachets, let me know which blends you can pre-mix; otherwise indicate if you only supply the raw powders. Experience with freeze-drying or spray-drying and international shipping is a plus. I’m ready to move quickly once samples are received, so please outline your process and earliest production slot in your reply.
