The goal is to boost durability, so the design must hold up better than our current version while still protecting the light components. What the new version must introduce is stronger structural support—think clever fluting orientation, internal ribs, locking tabs, or any other cardboard-friendly engineering that ramps up stiffness without adding extra material thickness. Key points you should cover • Use 32 ECT corrugated cardboard only • Preserve the existing footprint and profile • Integrate better load-bearing or shock-absorbing features • Keep the solution simple enough for die-cutting and quick folding on our current equipment Deliverables 1. Production-ready CAD drawings (DXF or AI for die lines plus 3D views) 2. Brief assembly guide with callouts for glue points or locking mechanisms 3.
