Senior Manager - Field Service Operations in India for 6 months (Preferrably Bengaluru)

We ( have an exciting opportunity for an experienced field operations manager to join our team and be part of this amazing project during an amazing growth period. The field operations manager’s responsibilities include developing strategies for improved efficiency and increased profit, enabling growth within each city we expand into, providing guidance and support to all staff, assisting with recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and collaborating with other departments.

To be successful as a field operations manager, you should have excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Outstanding candidates are able to analyze processes and develop effective improvement strategies.

-Managing the performance and delivery of field support in multiple locations across India.

-Encouraging growth and expansion within each city.

-Reviewing processes and ensuring continuous improvement initiatives are run to help improve processes.

-Leading, mentoring, hiring and coaching service delivery managers, field engineers and dispatchers.

-Stakeholder management with our client

-Senior point of contact for all operational needs

-Liaising with different departments to come up with improvement strategies.

-Developing and implementing various quality control methods.

-Scheduling training sessions and workshops for new and existing staff members.

-Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.

-Setting targets and business goals, and working alongside the team to achieve these goals.

-Ensuring all processes are compliant with the relevant labor laws.

-Observing existing staff and operations, and developing strategies for improved efficiency and profit, as well as cost reduction.

-Ensuring all operations stay within the allocated budget.

Experience & Skills:

-Operational field management experience.

-Bachelor’s degree in business or IT.

-Process improvement experience.

-Deadline-driven with strong analytical skills.

-Ability to evaluate and train staff members.

-Strong budgeting and organizational skills.

-Excellent leadership qualities.
