Track Changes for MS Outlook (VSTO or JS Add-In)

Dear Developer,
We are looking for someone to develop an MS Office Add-in. It should provide the user with the „track changes“-feature of MS Word in MS Outlook. It can be a JavaScript or VSTO add-in (preferably JS because it would work on all platforms). It should resemble the MS Word feature as close as possible.
Acceptance criteria:
- The „track changes“-feature can be activated and deactivated at the touch of a button.
- If activated the add-in shows changes in the text of an e-mail. Deletions are striked out and colored; additions are underlined and colored.
- If different people use the add-in on the same text, each gets his/her own color.
- Comments can be added to specific characters, words or paragraphs that are shown next to the e-mail text.
- Changes of formatting are shown with the new format and automatically create a comments next to the e-mail text.
- It’s possible to iterate over all changes and accept or reject them and move to the next change.
- This works for all people using the app.
- People who do not use the add-in, can see the colored text (that looks like „All Markup“ in MS Word)
- The tracking changes feature does not interfere with formatting of the e-mail.
- There is a button that accepts or denies all changes in the e-mail.
