Need an experienced Salesforce specialist to take the prospecting cadences I now run in Salesvue and rebuild them directly inside Salesforce Sales Cloud → Sales Engagement. The work starts with a short discovery where you’ll review the existing Salesvue setup, map what should stay, what should change, and draft a modern cadence architecture that supports our three-tier model—cold, warm, and hot leads. Every cadence must let my reps sort and work tasks by prospect size, region, and due date, with automated reminders guiding them through the next step. All outbound email should continue to relay through our Office 365 connector, never the native Salesforce relay. Once the design is signed off, you will configure the cadences, verify task prioritization is functioning, and migrate a pilot group of users. I also need my two admins coached so they can extend or tweak cadences on their own, plus a tidy set of Lightning reports and dashboards that highlight: • lead-conversion rate by cadence type • average time to convert Or other reports you have found useful. Looking for someone who HAS worked in Sales Engagement before. We will need references from domestic companies. Acceptance is simple: cadences fire correctly for each tier; tasks appear in the right priority order; emails relay through O365; dashboards surface the exact KPIs above; and my admins feel comfortable running live demos back to me.
