We need to fix and extend an existing Odoo 18 system. A third party previously migrated data from Odoo 14, but migration is incomplete and incorrect in some areas. Main Tasks: Product Images Migration Compare Odoo 14 and Odoo 18 product records. Migrate all product images from Odoo 14 to Odoo 18. Ensure every product that has an image in Odoo 14 also has the correct image in Odoo 18. Fix mismatched or wrongly linked images. Product Data Migration Migrate and verify: Supplier / vendor Cost price Retail (sales) price Wholesale price Validate totals and spot-check records. POS Performance Optimization Analyze why POS is slow/freezing. Optimize queries, assets, and configuration. Ensure POS works fast and stable. Website Speed & UX Improvements Improve page load speed. Reduce image and asset sizes. Add product banners. Minor UI/UX improvements for better buying experience. Customizations (Earlier Scope) Sales, Inventory, Accounting custom modules. Reports, new fields, workflows, approvals. Upgrade-safe modules, Git commits, staging tests. Deliverables Clean custom modules. Migration scripts or tools. Documentation. Tested on staging before production.
