odoo pos bleutooth barcode scan on mobile device

I am looking for someone who can fix a bug that we are facing on odoo pos. We bought the module flexiretail and are using odoo v12. We are trying to use odoo pos on our android tablets but we are facing the following issue: I have connected a bleutooth scanner to the tablet. Once I scan a barcode, it does not scan the barcode correctly. I got the error 'barcode doesn't exists". When I scan the same barcode from a barcode scanner which is connected to my computer ,it works.
