En Odoo 19.2, el punto crítico no es instalar módulos y empezar a personalizar: primero hay que separar qué puede resolverse con estándar y qué realmente requiere desarrollo, especialmente en alquiler, automatización comercial e integraciones externas. Yo empezaría auditando la instancia actual, los flujos de inventario/ventas/CRM y las APIs existentes. Con ese diagnóstico definiría la arquitectura y mantendría las personalizaciones aisladas en módulos propios, evitando modificar el core de Odoo. Para el sitio, aprovecharía el framework web de Odoo cuando sea conveniente, con contenido español/inglés y los procesos comerciales conectados directamente al ERP. También validaría desde el inicio la lógica de alquiler: disponibilidad, reservas, movimientos de inventario, ventas y conflictos de fechas.
