Odoo Configuration & Module Development

I am rolling out Odoo across our operation and now need precise, production-ready work on both configuration and custom code. The immediate focus is on three core modules—Sales, Inventory and Accounting—so that our day-to-day processes sit perfectly inside the platform. For Sales, I already have a clear map of the custom workflows we need: multiple approval stages, automatic task creation for our logistics team once an order hits a certain status, and a few conditional field behaviours that standard Odoo does not support. Inventory and Accounting will follow the same principle—configure first, then extend only where native features fall short—so expect adjustments to views, automated actions and security rules rather than blanket rewrites. Beyond configuration and customization, I also need full module development where gaps remain. That means creating clean, upgrade-safe add-ons built with the usual Odoo stack (Python, XML, QWeb, PostgreSQL) and checked into our private Git repo with readable commit history. Test coverage and demo data for QA are must-haves. Deliverables • Configured Sales, Inventory and Accounting modules, all changes documented inside the settings menu or as inline comments • Custom Sales workflows fully deployed and verified through end-to-end test cases • New or extended modules packaged, versioned and ready for future upgrades • A short hand-off brief (screenshots, annotated XML/Python snippets) so my in-house admin can maintain the work Everything will be staged on our dev server first; once signed off, you’ll push to production.
