Intranet Node.JS Webapp Form with AD-LDAP-Login and MySQL Database

I have a small project going on which needs me to create a Webapp with Vue.JS / Node.JS (Visual Studio Code). Its a pretty simple Webapp that should run on a localhost and show a Login Site at the start and save Form-Data to a MySQL Database (ERM is already done) and use Google SMTP for Mailing (Account existing).
There are 3 Usergroups that can login, Students, Teachers and Head of Department, which leads to a different next Site.
- Teachers can login and fill out the Form for a Student, which sends the Data to the Students Mailadress and saves the Data to a MySQL Database.
- Students can login and see the Data the Teacher filled out for them and press "agree" and save, which sends a Mail with the agreed Form to the Head of Department
- The Head of Department is able to login and see the agreed Forms of the Students.
The Login should authenticate towards an AD-Server using LDAP, the Database should be running on MySQL.
