debug and fix a simple docker file (5 lines)

Job Description:
I am trying to create a Dockerfile to launch pouchdb-node ([login to view URL]).
My attempt is attached. It is failing with the error in the attached screenshot.
I need someone to fix this. It will be considered fixed when I can successfully launch pouchdb inside the container e.g. via `docker run` and access pouchdb via the local port.
