AWS Lambda issue

We are working on a Unity 3D project with a CMS and had specific instructions from client on how the AWS infrastructure we run this on should be setup as serverless
- PHP services should be containerized as docker images (ECR) to be deployed as lambda functions.
- Node JS services should be a zip that could be deployed as lambda functions
- Please use Amazon Aurora V2 (PostgreSQL) instead of MySQL and Amazon DocumentDB instead of MongoDB.
The project is almost complete and we don't have anybody that knows how to get the Serverless working as our devs were getting errors about the size for Lambda functions so for now we are just using EC2 which client does not want.
From our devs we get this
"AWS Lambda has a limit on the maximum size of the deployment package that can be uploaded for a function, which is currently 250 MB. However, the error message indicates that the unzipped size of the package must be smaller than 219726810 bytes, which is approximately 210 MB."
From client side when we said we cant get it working their tech lead suggested this
"Regarding AWS lambda size limit issue, you can create a docker image and use AWS ECR to run that code as AWS lambda. We are already using it in our various data processing workflows.

We need an AWS EXPERT that can help us get the setup right so it is working in serverless environment and we can have correct workflow that client needs.

PHP version : 7.3
Laravel Framework : 8.83.27
Composer version : 2.5.5
PostgreSQL : 10.23
We can provide access to the AWS environment to the successful bidder
